Rick Connors recently retired as Senior Vice President and Head of Annuities Business Unit at MONY Life Insurance Company in New York, NY. Rick was responsible for company-wide marketing, managing the company’s activities in market development, market planning and research, marketing support, and training and development.

Rick began his career in financial services in New York in 1975 and advanced through a series of management positions before joining The MONY Group in 1988. Rick joined MONY as Vice President-Training and Development. In 1990, he was named Vice President-Small Business Marketing, and in 1991, he was appointed Regional Vice President for the Western Region. Rick was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1994.

Rick is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and holds an MBA from the University of Richmond.  He is a member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Richmond and currently serves on numerous industry boards.  Rick and his wife Joellen are the parents of three children, all of whom attend or attended the University of Richmond, and reside in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
