Mike Paulette serves as the managing director for Core Consulting, a Richmond-based business and technology consulting firm. In this role he is responsible for business consulting and marketing support services. Mike is retired from Bank of America as an executive in global treasury management, having managed the following treasury management functions at Bank of America and its predecessor banks: corporate sales, product development, product management, technology, operations and projects.

A Richmond native, Mike is a 1966 graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and a 1972 graduate of the University of Richmond with a Masters of Commerce. Mike served as an officer in the United States Army from 1966 to 1969. He holds certifications in cash management and as a technology professional.

Mike has over 30 years experience in treasury management and payment systems and has served in leadership roles for a number of industry organizations such as chairman of the National Automated Clearing House Association, president of the Virginias Automated Clearing House Association, board member of the Electronic Payments Network, member of the Federal Reserve’s Payment Advisory Group, adjunct faculty member for treasury management programs for 13 years at the the Univeristy of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flager Business School, and adjunct faculty member for 8 years at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. Mike is an elder in the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. and currently serves as the clerk of the session at Salisbury Presbyterian Church and on the foundation board. He also serves on the the board of the Association for Corporate Growth – Richmond Chapter.
