Robert Reynolds is a Principal with Reynolds Development. Before joining Reynolds Development, Mr. Reynolds was Vice President of Leasing for The Cordish Company, a commercial real estate development company based in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Reynolds also started and managed a distribution business that sold software products to manufacturers.

Since joining Reynolds Development in 2001, Mr. Reynolds has been actively involved in managing existing office buildings and master planning Reynolds Crossing. Reynolds Crossing, part of the former Reynolds Metals Headquarters, is a 95 acre commercial development in Henrico County, Virginia. Mr. Reynolds primary focus has been managing the master plan for the development, but he also has been involved with property management, financing, and leasing activities. Mr. Reynolds and his partners plan to development Reynolds Crossing and aggressively grow their real estate portfolio.

Mr. Reynolds earned an MBA from the Robins School of Business and a BA degree in History from the University of Georgia.
