Bobby Ukrop is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ukrop’s Super Markets, Inc. He began his Ukrop’s career after he completed his undergraduate degree in 1969 from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, where he served as a member of the Board of Trustees for 20 years. Though Bobby had worked in the family business growing up, he became intimately involved in the success of the company when he became a store manager in 1972 after receiving his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Bobby is actively involved in the community, including serving on the boards of the Salvation Army, The Richmond First Tee, Richmond Sports Backers, Communities in Schools of Virginia, the Greater Richmond Partnership, and Greater Richmond Chamber. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs, the world’s eighth largest insurance intermediary.
