Management Skills for Supervisors II
As a follow-up to the popular Management Skills for Supervisors I, this level two program addresses the daily challenges supervisors and managers face to ensure the tasks of work output and employee performance are meeting individual and organizational expectations.You will develop additional knowledge and skill in personal and employee accountability and trust building, appreciative inquiry for positive change, critical conversations that influence and empower and address team/people challenges through negotiation, and innovative solve-it approaches. You will acquire tools and techniques for building an organization of advocacy and commitment. (Management Skills for Supervisors I is NOT a prerequisite.)
