Building an Effective Team

This two-part program offers you an opportunity to work as a group and a team and evaluate the benefit of both while examining and practicing specific team principles and guidelines to apply on the job. The program focuses on team connecting, conflict resolution, goals and successes. You will be assigned to a team and given a real-world project for your team to complete prior to returning for Day Two of the program.
