Faculty

The Richmond MBA emphasizes small class size and close interaction between faculty and students.  In order to teach in the MBA program, a faculty member is required to hold a terminal degree, such as the Ph.D., D.B.A., or where appropriate, the J.D. or a masters degree with professional certification, such as the C.P.A.; have extensive professional experience; and have a demonstrated record of scholarly productivity in the area of competency. The MBA Director and the chair of the department must approve each faculty member teaching a course in the department's area.
