Tuition
For 2008-2009, the tuition for MBA students taking fewer than nine hours is $840 per semester hour; tuition for MBA students taking nine or more semester hours is $15,210 per semester. Late registrations are subject to a $60 fee, and changes in registration made after the first week of class are subject to a $10 fee.
The University reserves the right to increase the fees listed herein if conditions should make such changes necessary or advisable. The changes will be announced as far in advance as possible.
Note: Regardless of the University division in which a course is taken, the student pays the tuition and fees of the school to which he or she has been admitted and which is considered the school of record. Any special fee associated with a particular course, such as a laboratory fee, is charged based on registration in the course.

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND REFUND POLICY
GENERAL FEE REFUND
Students are matriculated by semester. If a student withdraws from classes or is dropped from the University for whatever cause, a refund of fees for a fall or spring semester shall be made in accordance with the University's refund policy, based on the following schedule. This schedule is adapted for summer terms.
Students who withdraw from the University and who are receiving any financial assistance may be required to return such assistance per Public Law 668.22 and institutional policy. The University of Richmond complies with all federal regulations governing recipients of federal Title IV funds. Information regarding financial aid refund policies is available from the Financial Aid Office.
The amount of the refund is based on the date that written withdrawal notification is received in the Office of the Dean. Any special fee is nonrefundable after the first day of class.

Any special fee associated with a particular course is non-refundable after the first day of class.
* "First Day of Class" means first day of each semester, not the first meeting of a specific class. The amount of refund is based on the date that withdrawal notification is received in the Office of the Dean.
General Fee Refund Appeals Process
The University of Richmond has an appeals process for students who believe individual circumstances warrant exceptions from published policy. All appeals must be in writing and directed to Annemarie Weitzel, Bursar, Box R, University of Richmond, Virginia 23173, or to aweitzel@richmond.edu.
Financial Aid
Graduate assistantships are available in limited number for full-time MBA students. Students interested in applying for a graduate assistantship should contact the Director. Assistantships are not available for part-time students. Students who are degree candidates and registered for at least six credits a semester may be eligible for either need-based or credit-based educational loans. Housing
The University does not provide housing facilities for graduate students, nor does it maintain a housing bureau.
Parking
All students must obtain a parking permit from the campus police office. A nominal fee is charged.
