Managing Generations X and Y
The X and Millennial generations are motivated by different factors than those that motivate Baby Boomers and Traditionalists. In addition, they seek—and sometimes demand—inclusive, conversational management styles. This workshop will provide effective techniques to use to better manage and motivate members of the younger generations. In addition, discussions will include how to capitalize on the strengths of those entering the workforce and show how managers can use generational differences to their advantage.
