Important: Please read the following information carefully before submitting your registration form.
Tuition
Tuition is due and payable at the time of registration. Tuition includes the program, course materials, lunch, refreshments, and parking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All notices must be received in writing. Cancellations made more than 10 business days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 10 business days or less before the program begins have the following options:
- The participant may transfer to another program once per registration. The request must be received prior to the start of the program. If the price of the course that the participant is transferring to is higher, the participant is responsible for the increase in price.
- The participant may send a substitute at any time to avoid penalties. Notification from the registered participant and a completed registration form from the substitute are required.
No refunds or transfers will be given for cancellations received once the program begins.

Group Discount
Send a team of 3 or more people to the same program and save 10%! Registrations must be submitted at the same time for the same program only and the group registration box on the registration form must be checked.
UR Employees
In order to maintain the integrity of our Executive Education programs, a limited number of University of Richmond employees will be enrolled in each course. Much of our programs’ value comes from the richness of the discussions and conversations held within the classroom, and the diversity of businesses and industries represented in our courses is a vital part of the value of those conversations. We want University of Richmond employees to have the opportunity to enjoy the same valuable experience as all other participants.
Certificates
The Robins School of Business awards Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificates to all who complete our public courses.
UR Photography Consent
Photos taken of you while participating in an Executive Education program may be used in future Executive Education promotional efforts, both electronically and in print. Your name and organization will never be included. If you have any concerns or would prefer not to consent, please notify us.
Facilities
Executive Education programs are conducted at the Robins School of Business on the campus of the University of Richmond, or at the clients' facility upon request.
Hotels
University of Richmond visitors are often eligible for special discounted rates at nearby hotels. Contact our office at (804) 289-8019 or execed@richmond.edu with any questions.
