Robins School of Business one of only 11 program partners in training CFAs

The University of Richmond is one of only a few select universities worldwide to be named a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Institute Program Partner.

This is a relationship between CFA Institute and select colleges and universities around the world that have imbedded a significant percentage (70%) of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge into their degree programs. As a partner, the Robins School offers the B.S.B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance (CFA Track).

Recognition as a partner signals to students and the marketplace that the university curriculum is closely tied to professional practice and is well suited to students preparing to sit for the CFA examinations. University of Richmond students have consistently achieved outstanding pass rates on the Level I CFA exam.

The CFA Program is widely considered the investment profession’s most rigorous credentialing program. Fewer than one in five candidates who begin the program successfully complete it and go on to earn the coveted CFA charter, the “gold standard” for investment professionals.
